1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with MH15 SPICES, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your order constitutes acceptance of these terms, which may be updated periodically at our discretion.

2. Order and Payment Terms

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by MH15 SPICES.
  • Payment is due as per the invoice terms; typically, invoices are payable within 7 working days unless otherwise stated.
  • In the event of delayed payment, MH15 SPICES reserves the right to levy a fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding amount.
  • If payment is not received within 60 days from the due date, MH15 SPICES may engage a debt recovery agency, with all associated legal costs being the responsibility of the client.

3. Product Quality and Compliance

  • MH15 SPICES operates under a valid FSSAI license and all food products are manufactured and packaged in accordance with FSSAI regulations and applicable food safety standards.
  • The customer is advised to inspect products upon receipt. Any claims regarding product quality, safety, or discrepancies must be communicated in writing within 8 days of delivery.

4. Modification of Terms

MH15 SPICES reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • MH15 SPICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • While we strive to deliver high-quality products and timely services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
