To be eligible for a return/refund, please ensure that:
- The product is in its original packaging and in an unused condition.
- The product has not been tampered with or damaged due to improper handling post-delivery (unless the damage is a result of our error).
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life may not be eligible for return unless there is a clear defect or non-compliance with quality standards.
- Customized or specially ordered items may be excluded from this policy.
